Directors & PSCs: ID Check Now Mandatory

What this means:

  • Identity verification is mandatory before filing your next confirmation statement.

  • Directors and PSCs will need to verify through GOV.UK One Login or via an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP).

  • Each verified individual will receive a personal code, which must be used to link their identity to company roles.

Companies are advised to act promptly, particularly if directors or PSCs are based outside the UK.
